5.1 Subscription Plans
JustDMs offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
5.2 Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial with limited features (5 connected accounts, 50 DMs + follow-ups). Credit card information is required to start the trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
5.3 Payment
All payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
5.4 Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
6.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
6.2 Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee after your first paid subscription charge. To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of your initial payment. Refunds are not available for renewals or subsequent charges.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by JustDMs and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you create and send through our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and use.
Our Service integrates with third-party platforms, including Skool. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services.
You acknowledge that using JustDMs to interact with Skool communities is your responsibility and must comply with Skool's Terms of Service.
While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JustDMs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JustDMs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
