2. Free Trial Period
All new users receive a 7-day free trial with limited features:
- 5 connected accounts
- 50 DMs plus automated follow-ups
- Full access to core features
Trial Cancellation:
- You may cancel your trial at any time before it ends
- If canceled before trial expiration, you will not be charged
- No refund is necessary if you cancel during the trial period
- Access continues until the end of your trial period even after cancellation
3. Subscription Renewals
Important: The 7-day money-back guarantee does NOT apply to subscription renewals.
- Renewal charges are non-refundable
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
- After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No pro-rated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations
We recommend canceling before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
4. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades:
- Take effect immediately
- You are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle
- The new plan price applies to your next renewal
- No refunds for upgrades
Downgrades:
- Take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- You continue to have access to your current plan until renewal
- No refunds for the difference between plans
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are NOT available in the following situations:
- Subscription renewals (beyond the initial purchase)
- Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period
- Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
- Changes to pricing or features
- Third-party fees or charges (banking, payment processor fees)
- Dissatisfaction after the guarantee period has expired
- Technical issues on third-party platforms (e.g., Skool)
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the 7-day money-back guarantee:

Step 2: Verification
Our team will verify your account status and ensure your request falls within the 7-day guarantee period.

Step 4: Account Access
Upon refund approval, your account will be downgraded to the free trial or canceled, depending on your preference.
7. Refund Processing Time
- Approval Time: Refund requests are reviewed within 24-48 hours
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are initiated within 3-5 business days
- Bank Processing: It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
If you do not see your refund after 15 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company, then reach out to our support team.
8. Cancellation vs. Refund

- Can be done at any time through your account settings
- Access continues until the end of your paid period
- No money is returned
Refund:
- Returns money already paid
- Only available within 7 days of initial subscription charge

- Results in immediate loss of paid access
9. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, we may consider refund requests outside of the standard policy due to:
- Technical issues on our end that prevented service use
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Unauthorized charges
- Other extenuating circumstances at our discretion

10. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback: Please contact our support team at support@justdms.com. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly without the need for a dispute.
Chargeback Consequences:

- Loss of all data and access
- Possible permanent ban from the service
- Additional fees may apply if the chargeback is found to be invalid
Chargebacks should only be used as a last resort after exhausting support channels, or in cases of fraud or unauthorized charges.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
